Group 1 Automotive in Chelmsford is seeking an Aftersales Manager for Volkswagen Chelmsford to lead aftersales teams and deliver outstanding customer service.

You will coach technicians and service advisers, monitor performance against targets, and drive continuous improvement across parts and service. The role offers flexible working options and a competitive benefits package capable of supporting your career progression within the group.
