Job summary

Allen Motor Group currently seeks an Aftersales Manager for our Ford dealership in Northampton. You will lead a dynamic service department, driving profits and customer satisfaction, reporting to the General Manager.

Qualifications

• Experience as automotive service/aftersales manager, ideally franchised.
• Able to work in a busy environment as part of a team.
• Excellent organisational skills.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Knowledge of warranty procedures advantageous.
