Job summary

Allen Motor Group in Nuneaton is hiring an Aftersales Advisor to join our Ford dealership. You will use your exceptional customer experience skills to keep customers informed and guided on their vehicle servicing and questions.

The role is full-time and permanent, with a 46.33-hour week (Mon-Fri and 1 in 3 Saturdays). A £30,000 basic salary plus an OTE of £33,500 is offered, reporting to the Aftersales Manager.

Qualifications

• Excellent organisational and administrative skills.
• A full UK driving licence is required.
• Great attention to detail.
• Background in customer service would be highly advantageous.
• Experience using computer software systems.

Responsibilities

• Update customers on their vehicle status and potential work.
• Book vehicles into the workshop.
• Ensure recorded information is accurate and stored correctly.
• Achieve performance targets by upselling products.
• Ensure adherence to GDPR guidelines.
