Job summary

Allen Motor Group are currently looking to employ an Aftersales Manager to join our Ford dealership in Northampton. You will be responsible for managing a dynamic and fast paced service department, focusing on performance in both profits and customer satisfaction. This position is offered on a full-time permanent basis with a basic salary of £51,500 and a company provided vehicle.

This position reports to the General Manager. Join a team that values excellent service and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Strong experience as an automotive service/aftersales manager in franchised dealerships.
• Able to work in a busy environment as part of a team.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Ability to overcome customer issues.
• Knowledge of warranty procedures is advantageous.

• Ensure KPI achievement for service department members.
• Understand consumer and local market influences.
• Engage the aftersales team to deliver commercial results and exceptional customer service.
• Drive the performance of the workshop team to maximise efficiency.
