Job summary

Allen Motor Group in Nuneaton is seeking an Aftersales Advisor at our Ford dealership. You will keep customers informed about their vehicle's servicing needs and advise on questions, aiming to deliver outstanding service.

This full-time role offers a 46.33 hour week with a 1 in 3 Saturday pattern. A £30,000 basic salary and an OTE of £33,500 reflect the opportunity to earn through performance bonuses while supporting customers across our workshop.

Qualifications

• Excellent organisational and administrative skills.
• A full UK driving licence is required.
• Great attention to detail and accuracy.
• Customer service experience is advantageous.
• Experience using computer software systems.

Allen Motor Group are currently looking to employ an Aftersales Advisor to join our Ford dealership in Nuneaton. Using your fantastic customer experience skills, you will keep the customer informed and consult on their vehicles serving, answering any questions or queries they may have.

Key responsibilities

• Updating customers on their vehicle and any potential work that needs to be done
• Ensuring all recorded information is accurate and stored correctly
• Booking vehicles into the workshop
• Achieving set performance targets by upselling products
• Ensuring adherence to all GDPR guidelines

This position is offered on a Full-time permanent basis, 46.33 hour working week Monday – Friday & 1 in 3 Saturday’s, £30,000 basic salary and an OTE of £33,500 reporting to the Aftersales Manager.

Experience required

No! Whilst we welcome applications from those with a background in an automotive aftersales/service advisor role, we understand that everyone started without experience at some point, so we relish applications from people looking to begin their automotive career with us.
