Aftersales/Service Manager – join a privately owned, dynamic and expanding dealer group. Our client, a franchised dealership in Norfolk, seeks an experienced, hands‑on Aftersales Manager to lead a high‑performing team.

Responsibilities
  • Act as an ambassador for the brand – knowledgeable, courteous, outgoing, resolute and eager to learn.
  • Lead and develop a team of highly skilled Technicians, Service Advisors and Parts personnel.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Manage productive activity measured by strict performance indicators and profit‑defined success margins.
  • Monitor expenses and produce daily/weekly activity and financial reports.
  • Provide guidance and training to improve staff performance and ensure effective, confident teamwork.
