Pybus Recruitment is recruiting an Aftersales Manager for a well-established automotive retailer in Glasgow. The role oversees Service, Parts and Workshop operations, driving profitability and customer satisfaction.

You will lead a large team, monitor KPIs, and implement improvements to ensure high service standards and strong financial performance.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing a successful Aftersales operation within a franchised or main dealer environment.
• Demonstrable track record of delivering strong Aftersales KPIs, including customer satisfaction, productivity and profitability.
• Experience leading and developing large teams across Service, Parts and Workshop departments.
• Strong commercial awareness and leadership skills.
• Excellent communication and people management abilities.

This is an excellent opportunity for a driven and experienced automotive professional to lead a successful aftersales operation, ensuring exceptional customer service, strong financial performance, and the continued development of a high-performing team.

As Aftersales Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the Service, Parts and Workshop operations, ensuring productivity, efficiency, and profitability targets are achieved. You will work closely with your team to review performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and drive continuous business success.

We are looking for an enthusiastic, self-motivated leader with a proven ability to motivate and develop others in a fast-paced dealership environment.
