Job summary

Pybus Recruitment Ltd is seeking an Assistant Aftersales Manager for a large Glasgow dealership. Location: Glasgow (G52). Salary £37,500–£45,000 + 10% bonus + benefits. Full-time, permanent, 42.5 hours/week, Mon-Fri with 1 in 4 Saturdays.

Role involves supporting the Aftersales Manager, managing service operations, and delivering excellent customer care. Driving licence required. Generous perks and progression opportunities offered.

Qualifications

• Five years’ experience in a Service department.
• Experience leading a team within a dealership environment.
• Full and valid driving licence required.

Responsibilities

• Support the effective management of the dealership's Aftersales function.
• Maximise use of all available resources to run the department efficiently.
• Deliver outstanding customer experience in line with company standards.
• Identify customer needs and resolve issues to build long-term relationships.
• Motivate team members to achieve business goals.
• Work with customers to uphold ethical and professional standards.
