Job summary

ABI Interiors Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced Aftersales Coordinator to join our Pease Pottage office in a full-time role. You will build trusted advisor relationships with customers and stakeholders, handling queries, returns, and order inquiries with a warm, professional approach.

Based in Pease Pottage, you will support deliveries, manage refunds or store credits, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure a consistently excellent ABI customer experience across all touchpoints.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering exceptional customer service across phone, email and in-person channels.
• Ability to manage back-and-forth with customers, drivers and internal teams.
• Proactive in resolving issues with brand-aligned communication.
• Capable of lifting and carrying items as required.

Responsibilities

• Respond to and resolve technical queries, returns, and order enquiries promptly.
• Plan and schedule customer deliveries using route planning software and assist drivers.
• Respond to customer enquiries and reviews across social media in line with our brand voice.
• Manage product returns and process refunds/store credits.
• Input and record customer data, warranty claims, and enquiries accurately.
• Develop and maintain relationships with external partners.
• Collaborate with customers and teams to ensure satisfaction.
• Assist in training and onboarding of new staff.
• Ensure a consistent ABI customer experience across touchpoints.
• Grow and maintain relationships with existing customers.
