ABI Interiors is seeking an experienced Aftersales Coordinator to join our office-based team in Pease Pottage. You will build trusted advisor relationships with customers and stakeholders, handle returns, coordinate deliveries, and resolve enquiries across channels.

The role focuses on delivering exceptional customer experiences, with responsibilities spanning order management, social media responses, data accuracy, and collaboration with internal teams. 9:00am–5:00pm, full-time, office-based.

Qualificações

• Passionate about delivering an exceptional customer experience.
• Confident, friendly, and patient phone manner.
• Experience with Salesforce, RingDNA or WooCommerce is highly regarded.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Enthusiastic about learning and development.
• Physically fit and able to lift large boxes.

Responsabilidades

• Respond to technical queries, returns, and order enquiries by phone, in person, and email with a professional approach.
• Support in planning and scheduling customer deliveries using route planning software and assisting drivers.
• Handle customer enquiries and reviews across social media in line with brand voice.
• Manage product returns and process refunds/store credit with accuracy.
• Input and record customer information and warranty claims to ensure accurate data capture.
• Develop trusted relationships with external partners.
• Collaborate with all stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Assist in training and onboarding of new staff.
• Maintain a consistent ABI customer experience across touchpoints.
• Grow and maintain relationships with existing customers.

We are looking for an experienced Aftersales Coordinator to join our office-based team at Pease Pottage in a full-time position. You will understand the needs of our customers and excel in developing a trusted advisor relationship with customers and stakeholders.

What You Will Be Doing

• Respond to and solve technical queries, returns, and existing order enquiries in a timely and professional manner over the phone, in person, and via email, while maintaining a warm and professional approach.
• Support in planning and scheduling customer deliveries using our route planning software, including calling customers in advance to arrange delivery and supporting our delivery driver with customer service enquiries.
• Respond to customer enquiries and reviews across all social media platforms in line with our brand voice (Trustpilot and Google).
• Manage product returns and process refunds/store credit with high attention to detail and accuracy.
• Support the wider team to complete the daily caseload to a high standard.
• Correctly input and record customer information, warranty claims, and enquiry information to maintain strong and accurate data capture.
• Develop a trusted relationship with external partners.
• Proactive and professional collaboration with all customers, teams, and departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Assist in the training and onboarding of new staff.
• Ensure a consistent ABI customer experience across all touchpoints.
• Grow and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.

About You

• Confident, friendly, and patient phone manner.
• Strong problem-solving abilities.
• Competent computer skills, including the use of Apple processing systems.
• Experience with Salesforce, RingDNA, or WooCommerce is highly regarded.
• High attention to detail.
• Enthusiastic about learning and development.
• Candidates must be physically fit and capable of lifting large boxes.
