Job summary

Rubicon Recruitment Agency is seeking an Aftersales Coordinator for our Poole area. The role focuses on preparing quotes and supporting customers with replacement pumps and spare parts for global agents and direct customers.

You will negotiate terms, monitor orders against quotations, and provide frontline technical support while ensuring supply chain clarity on certification and packaging. Hybrid working options included.

Qualifications

At least 3 years in an administration/sales environment
Degree, HNC or HND in an engineering field
Confident negotiating price, delivery times and terms
Experience with SAP/Jeeves/Intelliquip is advantageous

Responsibilities

Prepare commercial and technical quotations for replacement pumps and spare parts
Negotiate scope, pricing, discounts and Incoterms
Follow up quotations to increase hit rate and identify parts/service opportunities
Provide front line technical support to customers, agents and suppliers
Review contracts/orders to ensure certification, packaging and non-standard terms are clear
Process quotes and orders in SAP and Jeeves, provide pricing data for monthly reporting
