Job summary

Perrys Motor Sales Ltd is hiring an AftersalesAdvisor to be the main point of contact for customers in the aftersales area. You will help with service bookings, courtesy cars, and explaining options that suit driving needs. A positive attitude and willingness to help are essential.

Experience in customer service is welcomed and full training is provided. A full UK Driving licence is required, and weekend rota work may be involved, within a friendly, busy dealership environment.

• Strong communication skills with the ability to listen to customers’ needs and engage with people

Responsibilities

• Cover a wide range of tasks to support the customer journey, including scheduling, arranging courtesy cars, and discussing service details.
• Advise customers on aftersales products that fit their driving needs and resolve queries.
