Chorley Group in Bolton is seeking a Service Advisor to be the public face of our aftersales team, coordinating between customers and the workshop to ensure a smooth, professional service experience.

You will handle paperwork, payments, and follow-up actions, maintain high housekeeping, and communicate status to customers while their vehicles are serviced or repaired.

Qualificações

• Experience in the motor industry and/or service advisor role preferred.
• No specific qualifications required.
• Good level of computer literacy.
• Desire to keep things moving forward and reach the finish line.
• Ability to work under pressure.

For the Service Advisor role, we’re looking for someone who has ideally had previous experience dealing within this type of area. Someone who is great at organisation and accuracy and has a fantastic customer service approach.

The role of Service Advisor is the public face of the aftersales department, and you will be providing a working relationship between service customers and the workshop department, ensuring excellent communication is maintained at all time and that customers get an excellent experience using our Chorley Group service departments, as well as the branch as a whole.

Other responsibilities for the role are;

• Dealing with necessary paperwork
• Preserving a high level of house keeping at all times
• Maintaining communication with the customer whilst their vehicle is being services/repaired and;
• Processing payments and follow up actions.

What we are looking for:

• Experience in the motor industry and/or service advisor role is preferred
• As mentioned previously, no specific qualifications needed
• A good level of computer literacy
• Someone who has a passion to make things work – keep moving forward to reach the finish line everyday
• Ability to work under pressure

Salary: £28000 to £32000 OTE (basic wage, plus commissions) per year

Schedule: Day shift
