Job summary

Allen Motor Group in Nuneaton is seeking an Aftersales Advisor for our Ford dealership. You will maintain clear communication with customers about service work, update vehicle status, and help coordinate workshop bookings. The role offers a 46.33-hour week, with Monday–Friday and 1 in 3 Saturdays, a £30,000 base salary and an OTE of £33,500.

Allen Motor Group are currently looking to employ an Aftersales Advisor to join our Ford dealership in Nuneaton. Using your fantastic customer experience skills, you will keep the customer informed and consultant on their vehicles serving, answering any questions or queries they may have.

• Updating customers on their vehicle and any potential work that needs to be done
• Ensuring all recorded information is accurate and stored correctly
• Booking vehicles into the workshop

This position is offered on a Full-time permanent basis, 46.33 hour working week Monday - Friday & 1 in 3 Saturday's, £30,000 basic salary and an OTE of £33,500 reporting to the Aftersales Manager.
