Job summary

ASI Recruitment is seeking an experienced Aftersales Advisor for a luxury automotive dealership in the Hemel Hempstead area. You will support service operations, ensuring a smooth customer journey from booking to vehicle collection.

The ideal candidate has prior Service or Aftersales Advisory experience, strong customer service skills, and a professional approach to working with a prestige brand. Monday to Friday with Saturday mornings on a rota; up to 45k basic DOE.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Service Advisor or Aftersales Advisor in a dealership environment.
• Strong customer service skills and a professional approach.
• Familiarity with luxury brand service processes is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage the customer journey from booking to vehicle collection.
• Provide excellent service and accurate information to customers.
• Coordinate with service team to ensure timely and quality handover.
