Perfect Placement in Addlestone is seeking a highly skilled Aftersales Advisor for a premium performance vehicle dealership. The role focuses on delivering outstanding customer service, coordinating service appointments, and advising on maintenance and repairs.

You will work a Monday–Friday schedule, ensuring timely vehicle turnaround and upselling service options while maintaining comprehensive customer records.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Service Advisor or Service Manager, ideally with 5+ years in the motor trade.
• Strong customer service skills coupled with a professional attitude.
• Good mechanical understanding of automotive systems and services.
• Demonstrated ability to work well within a team and handle multiple priorities.
• Enthusiastic, motivated, and eager to develop within the industry.
• Long-term commitment and ambition to progress into managerial roles.
