Qualifications

• Smart appearance
• Excellent communication skills with a passion for guest service
• Supervisory experience within a quality food service hotel/restaurant required
• Ability to manage and motivate a team of waiters/esses to ensure excellence
• Must have your own transport due to our location and the shift work required for this role

Responsibilities

• Ensuring lounges and terraces are prepared for service and are welcoming
• Meeting and greeting guests
• Taking guest orders
• Coaching employees to develop their skills and ensure service standards
• Serving food and beverages including alcoholic drinks
• Completing satisfaction checks and acting on feedback
