Dorchester Collection is seeking a Drawing Room Manager to oversee our Afternoon Tea and Lounge service at our UK property. The role is built on delivering a flawless 5* guest experience through leadership of the lounge team, collaboration with the F&B Director, and a strong focus on service standards and training.

• Work closely with the F&B Director to achieve efficient staffing levels and manage performance.
• Oversee the daily running of the lounge area to ensure a seamless service for All day Dining and Afternoon Tea.
• Own, manage and deliver an effective departmental training and development program for all team members.
• Conduct sales & marketing activities to drive business growth & profit.
• Ensure the menu and environment are consistent with a luxury establishment to meet and exceed guest expectations.
