Qualifications

• Understanding of skills training end to end process with a focus on planning and operational excellence.
• Time served apprenticeship relevant to aerospace or mechanical fitting.
• A1 Assessors award or willingness to achieve within the first 6 months.
• Level 3 teaching qualification or willingness to achieve within the first 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding training that engages and inspires delegates.
• Assess and monitor delegate performance per legislative requirements.
• Develop learning content as part of a blended learning approach.

Skills

Understanding of skills training end to end process

Understanding and compliance with Company HR, SHE, & Quality policies

Aerospace or Mechanical Fitter

Time served apprenticeship

Understanding of manufacturing functions

A1 Assessors award

Level 3 teaching qualification
