Job summary

Citizens Advice 1066 invites applications for an Advice Service Supervisor to guide paid and volunteer advisers in Hastings. You will partner with the Operations Manager to maintain high-quality, confidential advice services and a supportive learning environment for staff and volunteers.

Qualifications

• Experience coaching, mentoring, or coordinating others.
• Excellent communication skills and constructive feedback approach.
• Strong organisational skills with ability to manage priorities under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day guidance, encouragement, and constructive feedback to advisers.
• Assist with allocating work, managing session workloads and supporting complex client cases.
• Review case records for accuracy, compliance, and high service standards across channels.
• Support inductions, share best practices, and foster an inclusive, collaborative culture.
