Citizens Advice Ltd in Hastings is seeking an Advice Service Supervisor to support paid staff and volunteers delivering high-quality, impartial advice across our local community. You will work with the Operations Manager to guide, coach, and support advisers, creating a supportive environment where teams learn, grow, and maintain an excellent standard of service.

Qualifications

• Experience in coaching, mentoring, or coordinating others.
• Excellent communication and a constructive approach to feedback.
• Strong organizational skills with ability to manage priorities calmly under pressure.

Responsabilités

• Provide day-to-day guidance, encouragement, and feedback to advisers.
• Help allocate work, manage session workloads, and support complex client cases.
• Review case records for accuracy and high standards across channels.
• Share best practices, support inductions, and foster an inclusive culture.
