Community Integrated Care is recruiting for an Advanced Support Worker to join our team at Shillmoor, supporting adults with learning disabilities and autism with complex needs. You will work across a range of shifts, including waking nights, and focus on enabling people to live independently while building skills and confidence.

Qualifications

• Level 3 in Social Care required or experience in social care.
• Experience in mental health, autism and sensory communication is preferred.
• Ability to connect with people and support independent living.

Responsibilities

• Spend meaningful time with the person you support during shifts.
• Participate in training and progression opportunities provided by the employer.
