Job summary

Community Integrated Care is looking for an experienced Advanced Support Worker to join our night shift team on a 24-hour permanent contract in the United Kingdom. You will support two individuals to live as they choose, building real connections and ensuring dignity and independence.

Role involves personal care, medication administration, home management, and facilitating daily activities. A UK driving license is required; we offer ongoing training, progression, and a supportive environment.

Working closely with the Service Leader and Advanced Support Worker team, you will be responsible for supporting vulnerable individuals in their day to day lives. Each person we support is unique, so the support you provide will be person-centred and will focus on achieving the best lives possible for each individual.

Our Shifts:

8am - 10pm | 10pm - 8am (sleepover) | 8pm - 8am (Waking Nights)

Shift Requirement:

24 hour permanent contract

What You'll Be Doing

You’ll be supporting 2 amazing individuals to live their daily lives in the way they want to live them. This means you will provide support in a wide variety of ways, including:

• Supporting with personal care
• Medication Administration
• Home management, including support with cooking, cleaning, shopping and budget management
• Daily activities - anything and everything the people we support like to do is something you might provide support with! So come ready and willing to put yourself out there and try new things!
• Mentoring and guiding team members to uphold best practices
• Contributing to support planning and service development
