Qualifications

• Empathy, patience, and compassionate communication with people with complex needs.
• Experience applying Positive Behavioural Support to wellbeing.
• Ability to mentor peers and support teams to deliver high-quality care.

Responsibilities

• Support adults with learning disabilities, autism and complex needs to live their best life.
• Help residents transition to new homes in a purpose-built supported living scheme.
• Engage in ongoing training and development to advance skills and qualifications.
