Job summary

Community Integrated Care is recruiting for 2 experienced Female Bank Advanced Support Workers to support adults with learning disabilities and autism in our Sheffield Complex Care Service. Shifts include days, nights and weekends with full 24/7 availability; overnight support may be required.

You will help people live independently and engage in meaningful activities. We offer competitive pay (£14.78 per hour), pension scheme, DBS paid, progression opportunities, and a supportive, casual dress

Qualifications

• Level 3 in Social Care or equivalent
• Experience in health or social care with complex needs desirable
• Commitment to person-centred support and empowering others

Responsibilities

• Support adults with learning disabilities and autism to lead independent lives
• Provide person-centred care and assist with daily activities
• Participate in activities and record progress
• Promote safeguarding and wellbeing of those supported
