Job summary

Community Integrated Care is seeking an Advanced Support Worker to assist an adult with learning disabilities and autism in a supportive home setting. You will work on 12-hour bank shifts, days 8am–8pm and nights 8pm–8am, in Middlesborough, with flexible patterns and focus on meaningful daily activities.

The role includes specialist training in Positive Behaviour Support, Total Communication, and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Level 3 in Social Care required or equivalent.
• Experience with mental health, autism and sensory communication.
• Ability to support adults with complex needs.

Responsibilities

• Support an adult with learning disabilities and autism to lead a meaningful life.
• Provide 1:1 care, maintain routines and promote independence.
• Work with Positive Behaviour Support principles and total communication as needed.
