Responsibilities

• Supporting with personal care.
• Medication administration (PEG).
• Home management including cooking, cleaning, shopping and budget management.
• Daily activities including hobbies, shopping, parks.
• Mentoring and guiding team members to uphold best practices.
• Contributing to support planning and service development.
• Building strong relationships with families and professionals.
• Encouraging community engagement and meaningful activities.
• Undertaking training to provide person-centred support, including PBS, Makaton, PECS and PEG feeding.
