Job summary

Community Integrated Care is recruiting 2 experienced Female Bank Advanced Support Workers for our Complex Care Service in Sheffield, S5. All shifts are required, including days, nights and weekends, with 24/7 availability and possible overnight support.

You will support adults with learning disabilities and autism, who have complex needs, to lead the best life possible. The role demands empathy, patience and commitment to person-centred care.

Qualifications

• Experience in health or social care with complex needs.
• Strong communication and empathy when supporting adults with learning disabilities and autism.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts (days, nights, weekends).

Responsibilities

• Support adults with learning disabilities and autism to live independently.
• Spend time with service users during shifts to maximise engagement.
• Deliver person-centred care and assist with daily living activities.
• Participate in activities and enable meaningful life opportunities.
