A leading insurance provider in the UK is seeking a Workforce Planning Analyst to design and maintain budget models across multiple products. The role requires strong analytical skills and expertise in workforce planning principles, ensuring optimal resource allocation. This position allows hybrid working with occasional office visits and offers an annual salary of £46,000 to £48,000. You will be responsible for designing, maintaining, and delivering workforce planning and budget models across multiple products, brands and channels that effectively translate business drivers into precise workload and Full-Time Equivalent (FTE) requirements. You will actively monitor actual performance against the plan, identifying key variances and recommending actions to optimize resources and plans, exceptional customer service is delivered within agreed costs. Your models will incorporate and manage occupancy and shrinkage at agreed levels, supporting our commitment to making Allianz a great place to work.
This is a hybrid role, with options to work from either our Bournemouth, Leeds, or Birmingham office, with a requirement to be in the office for two days each month.
