Job summary

Operose Health is seeking an Advanced Nurse Practitioner/Advanced Clinical Practitioner to strengthen primary care delivery at scale in the UK. You will assess and manage patients from history to treatment, exercising safe clinical judgment and leading nursing practice within the GP team.

The role requires NMC registration with progress towards non-medical prescribing, plus an MSc ACP level of qualification.

Qualifications

• Experience in a Primary Care setting.
• NMC registered nurse with advanced clinical practice working towards non-medical prescriber.
• Minor injury and illness qualification essential and the ability to maintain and monitor standards of care.
• Level 7 MSc Practitioner preferred; accreditation or MSc toward ACP status may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Provide care for presenting patient from initial history taking, clinical assessment, diagnosis, treatment and evaluation of care.
• Demonstrate safe, clinical decision-making and expert care for patients within the general practice.
• Work collaboratively with the general practice team to meet patient needs, supporting policy/procedures and providing nurse leadership as required.
