Job summary

Operose Health is seeking an Advanced Nurse Practitioner/Advanced Clinical Practitioner in Washwood Heath to deliver high quality primary care. You will assess, diagnose and manage patients, leading care pathways within the general practice team.

The role requires NMC registration with advanced clinical practice toward non-medical prescriber, plus a minor injury/illness qualification. The position offers a 33-hour week and salary up to £60,000 with pro rata leave and CPD support.

Qualifications

• Experience in a Primary Care setting.
• NMC registered nurse with advanced clinical practice toward non-medical prescriber.
• Minor injury and illness qualification is essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide care for presenting patient from initial history taking, clinical assessment, diagnosis, treatment and evaluation of care.
• Collaborate with the general practice team to meet patient needs and support delivery of policies and procedures.
