Job summary

Operose Health in Nottingham is seeking an Advanced Nurse Practitioner/Advanced Clinical Practitioner to deliver high-quality primary care, improving access and outcomes.

You should be an NMC registered nurse with advanced clinical practice, working towards non-medical prescriber status; MSc Level 7 ACP is preferred.

We offer salary up to £60,000, 27 days leave plus bank holidays, CPD opportunities and flexible working benefits.

Main Responsibilities:

As a valued member of the Operose Health team, your key duties will include:

• Provide care for presenting patient from initial history taking clinical assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and evaluation of care.
• You must demonstrate safe, clinical decision-making and expert care, including assessment and diagnosis skills for patients within the general practice.
• You will work collaboratively with the general practice team to meet the needs of the patients, supporting delivery of policy and procedures and providing nurse leadership as required.

• Experience in a Primary Care setting.
• NMC registered nurse with advance clinical practice tor working towards non-medical prescriber.
• Minor injury and illness qualification essential and the ability to maintain and monitor standards of care
• It is preferred that the ideal candidates is a level 7 (MSc) Practitioner, although candidates with accreditation or a MSc course to ACP status may also be considered.
