Job summary

Operose Health in Nottingham is seeking an Advanced Nurse Practitioner/Advanced Clinical Practitioner to deliver high-quality primary care, improving access and outcomes.

You should be an NMC registered nurse with advanced clinical practice, working towards non-medical prescriber status; MSc Level 7 ACP is preferred.

We offer salary up to £60,000, 27 days leave plus bank holidays, CPD opportunities and flexible working benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience in primary care settings
• NMC registered nurse with advanced clinical practice towards non-medical prescriber
• Minor injury and illness qualification essential; ability to maintain standards of care
• Ideal candidates may be Level 7 MSc Practitioner; ACP status may be considered

Responsibilities

• Provide care for patients from history taking to assessment, diagnosis, treatment and evaluation of care.
• Demonstrate safe clinical decision-making and expert care in general practice.
• Collaborate with the GP team to meet patient needs and support delivery of policies and procedures.
