Job summary
Operose Health is seeking an Advanced Nurse Practitioner/Advanced Clinical Practitioner to support primary care delivery. The role offers an annual salary of up to £60,000 FTE depending on experience, with 14 hours a week and must be able to work Tuesdays.
You will take histories, perform clinical assessments, diagnose and treat, and provide nurse leadership within the general practice. The post includes CPD support, annual leave, NMC pin renewal cost coverage, and travel discounts as part of
Qualifications
- NMC registered nurse with advanced clinical practice or working towards non-medical prescriber.
- Experience in a Primary Care setting.
- Minor injury and illness qualification essential.
- Level 7 (MSc) Practitioner preferred or ACP status by accreditation.
Responsibilities
- Provide care for presenting patient from initial history taking, clinical assessment, diagnosis, treatment and evaluation of care.
- Demonstrate safe, clinical decision-making and expert care within the general practice.
- Collaborate with the general practice team to meet patient needs and provide nurse leadership as required.
