• Minimum 3 years experience at Band 6/7.
• Experience of working as part of Blood Sciences.
• Evidence of managing a team of staff.

Responsibilities

• Work in a busy blood sciences laboratory supporting the blood sciences manager.
• Ensure compliance with UKAS ISO:15189.
• Help with day to day management of the laboratory.
