The role is fully office-based with regular contact with residents, contractors and external organisations. We are looking for an organised and customer-focused Administrator to support a busy Property Management team.
This is a fully office-based role involving regular contact with residents, contractors, members of the public, universities and external organisations.
The successful candidate will provide general administrative support while helping the team manage enquiries, repairs, inspections, contractor access and day-to-day property management activities.

Key Responsibilities Provide general administrative support to the Property Management team.
Respond to enquiries from residents and members of the public.
Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence.
Arrange meetings and liaise with contractors.
Issue and manage keys provided to contractors.
Assist with routine management reports.
Support regular estate and property inspections.
Record inspection outcomes and monitor outstanding actions.
Maintain accurate stock records and monitor stock levels.
Record and monitor reported repairs.
Respond promptly and appropriately to customer enquiries and complaints.
Maintain electronic filing and information systems.
Support compliance with relevant health and safety procedures.
Essential Requirements Previous experience in an administrative or customer-focused role.
Confident dealing with customers, contractors and external organisations.
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Teams.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Able to manage multiple administrative tasks and maintain accurate records.
Able to work effectively as part of a team.
Desirable Previous experience within property management, housing, accommodation or a similar environment.
Experience dealing with contractors or repairs.
Experience working in a customer-facing office environment.
What We Offer £16.64 per hour PAYE. £22.10 per hour LTD. £24.59 per hour charge rate.
