Job description

Administrator - 12 Months Fixed Term

37 hours per week, Monday – Friday

Salary £24,309.00 per annum

This is a Real Living Wage role and your salary will increase to £25,948.89 from 1st April 2026 (£13.45ph)

What will you be doing in this role?

This role is part of our Asset Management team, who deliver a wide range of services to our customers including property repairs and compliance work such as gas and electrical safety.

You'll provide a wide range of admin support to the team.

This includes dealing with customer and colleagues queries via phone and email, updating and managing our systems, running reports, booking appointments, processing invoices and providing support for meetings and events.

What we are looking for in you

Customer service skills are really important. You'll be confident and experienced in communicating with people, including over the phone and email and have fantastic organisational skills. Previous experience in an admin role would be great.

The main things :

You'll have great communication skills - and be able to liaise with our tenants and colleagues in a polite and respectful way

You'll have excellent IT skills, particularly with Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel

You'll be able to prioritise your work and show initiative to solve problems

You'll be able to provide an excellent standard of customer service to all tenants, customers and colleagues

Working Arrangements

This role will be based at our gorgeous dock-side offices.
