An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated and organised Band 3 Administrator to join our Macmillan Cancer Psychology Service in Lincolnshire. This service provides specialist psychological support to adults affected by cancer, including family and carers, both within the community and in hospital. The service consists of qualified Clinical and a Health psychologist who deliver evidence based psychological interventions across the cancer pathway. Effective administration is central to ensuring patients receive timely, high-quality care.
The post holder will largely work remotely, with a requirement to attend the office in Grantham at least one day per month for team meetings and service needs. The role requires a compassionate, organised, and autonomous individual with strong communication skills and the ability to work within a team that support people experiencing distress related to cancer diagnosis, treatment, death and survivorship.
