Job summary

Axis CLC Group is seeking an experienced Administration Team Leader to join the Repairs & Maintenance Division. You will lead a team of administrators, prioritise workloads, and ensure accurate, customer-focused processes.

Reporting to the Contract Manager, you will support operational delivery, KPI performance and contract compliance. This is a great opportunity for a motivated leader with repairs or property services experience who enjoys developing teams, driving improvements, and delivering

Qualifications

• Experience leading an administration team in a busy environment.
• Background in property maintenance, repairs, or housing sectors.
• Strong organisational and communication skills with a customer-focused approach.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day leadership to a team of administrators.
• Allocate workloads and maintain service levels across the team.
• Conduct team meetings and one-to-ones for performance and development.
• Oversee leave, sickness, and absence per company procedures.
• Support recruitment, onboarding and training of new team members.
• Monitor quality and performance in the administration function and drive improvements.
• Act as escalation point for complex administrative queries.
• Maintain contract registers, trackers and documentation.
• Support reporting and administrative activities for supervisors and operations.
