A healthcare trust in Coventry is seeking an Administrative Support professional to provide effective administrative services in a dynamic environment. The ideal candidate must demonstrate strong organizational and communication skills while handling patient appointments and various administrative tasks. To support the Perioperative team
Provide effective and efficient administrative support to the department.
Expected to use own initiative and be able to work unsupervised, taking responsibility for oneself, the quality of work and service provided to patients.
Must be able to plan and manage a range of duties, organise own work to meet deadlines and respond professionally to enquiries both internal and external to the organisation.
Act as a role model to colleagues, always seeking to maintain the highest standard of professionalism.
