A local government council is seeking a highly motivated individual to join their pupil referral unit in Thorley, England. The role requires excellent interpersonal skills and a solution-focused mindset as you support vulnerable young people. You will need a positive attitude to work effectively with students, parents, and partner agencies. This is a 37-hour per week position with term time duties, offering a supportive team environment committed to delivering excellent educational outcomes.

Lionheart School is a pupil referral unit that supports some of the most vulnerable young people on the island.

You should have a positive attitude to working with students, parents/carers, and partner agencies to ensure we support and deliver the right outcome for our students.
We are seeking to appoint a highly motivated individual who can meet the constant challenges presented in this ever-changing environment.
The successful candidate will be solution focused and have a flexible approach to managing a diverse workload.
The post holder will also need to have excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
