Admin Assistant - Plymouth

Hours: Monday to Friday 36.25 hours per week

Salary: Up to £26,000 per annum

Hawk 3 Talent Solutions, operating as an employment business, are currently recruiting for a organised and proactive Administrative Assistant to join our clients Plymouth office on a permanent basis. This role will provide essential support to senior staff and help with the smooth running of the office.

Key Responsibilities
  • General administrative and secretarial support for Partners, Directors, and Managers.
  • Managing meeting room bookings, set-up/close-down, and client hospitality.
  • Handling calls, emails, post, and maintaining office supplies.
  • Supporting client onboarding, including ID checks and setting up records.
  • Maintaining accurate client and office databases.
  • Assisting with office events, including invitations, attendee lists, and on-the-day support.
  • Processing payments, petty cash, and basic finance administration.
About You
  • Previous admin experience or relevant qualifications desirable.
  • Friendly, approachable, and professional communication style.
  • Organised, adaptable, and able to prioritise effectively.
  • Confident IT skills, especially in Microsoft Office.
