Job summary

A leading mental health service provider in the UK is seeking an ADHD Non Medical Prescriber to conduct nurse-led follow-ups and medication reviews fully remotely. The ideal candidate must possess a V300 qualification and have experience in ADHD and mental health. Responsibilities include independently prescribing medications, monitoring patient health metrics, and providing essential psychoeducation. Essential Criteria
  • V300 Independent and Supplementary Prescribing qualification.
  • Experience in ADHD, mental health and neurodevelopmental disorders.
  • Competence in physical health monitoring and interpreting results.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work autonomously.
  • Strong organisational and documentation skills.
Job Responsibilities
  • Conduct nurse‑led follow‑up appointments, medication reviews, and ongoing monitoring for adults diagnosed with ADHD.
  • Independently prescribe ADHD medications (e.g., stimulants and non‑stimulants) within NMC and clinic governance frameworks.
  • Support the titration, optimisation, and stabilisation of ADHD medication, ensuring safe and effective treatment.
  • Monitor physical health parameters including blood pressure, pulse, weight, side effects, and response to treatment.
  • Identify, manage, and elevate clinical risks appropriately, including safeguarding concerns in line with clinic policy.
  • Provide psychoeducation on ADHD, medication options, expected effects, and lifestyle considerations.
  • Document all clinical interactions in accordance with professional, regulatory, and clinic standards.
