A boutique law firm specializing in Employment law is seeking an interim Employment Lawyer for ad hoc assistance, with potential for a permanent position.
The firm comprises former City lawyers and handles a steady flow of work, including approximately 10 settlement agreements weekly and broader projects such as employee due diligence for larger organizations.
The ideal candidate should have experience in contentious and non-contentious employment matters, including drafting employment contracts, negotiating senior employee exits, settling agreements, advising on grievances and disciplinary processes, HR compliance, dismissal advice, employment tribunals, and restrictive covenants. Experience with breach of confidence and high court enforcement is preferred.
This role is fully remote within the UK and can be performed on an ad hoc hourly basis or day rates.
