A boutique law firm specializing in employment law is seeking an interim employment lawyer for ad hoc assistance, with potential for permanent hire.
The firm comprises former City lawyers handling employment law. The workload includes approximately 10 settlement agreements weekly, employee due diligence projects for larger organizations, and various employment-related tasks.
The ideal candidate should have experience in contentious and non-contentious employment matters, including drafting employment contracts, negotiating senior employee exits, settling agreements, advising on grievance and disciplinary processes, HR compliance, dismissal advice, employment tribunals, restrictive covenants, breach of confidence, and high court enforcement.
This role is fully remote within the UK and can be performed on an hourly or day-rate basis.
