A boutique law firm specializing in Employment law is seeking an interim Employment Lawyer for ad hoc assistance, with potential for permanent hire. The firm comprises former City lawyers and handles a steady pipeline of work, including approximately 10 settlement agreements weekly and broader project-related tasks such as employee due diligence for larger organizations.
The ideal candidate will have experience in contentious and non-contentious employment matters, including drafting employment contracts, negotiating entry and exit for senior employees, settling agreements, advising on grievances and disciplinary processes, HR compliance, dismissals, employment tribunals, restrictive covenants, breach of confidence, and some high court enforcement.
