A boutique law firm specializing in Employment law is looking to hire an interim Employment Lawyer to assist on an ad hoc basis. There is also potential for a permanent position.
The firm comprises former City lawyers and handles a steady pipeline of work, including approximately 10 settlement agreements weekly. Additional project work involves conducting employee due diligence for larger organizations. The scope of work can be tailored to the candidate's experience.
The ideal candidate should have experience in both contentious and non-contentious employment matters, including drafting employment contracts, negotiating employment terms, settling agreements, advising on grievance and disciplinary procedures, HR compliance, dismissal advice, employment tribunals, restrictive covenants, breach of confidence, and high court enforcement.
This role is fully remote within the UK and can be performed on an ad hoc hourly basis or day rates.
