Job Description:

A boutique law firm focusing on Employment law is seeking an interim Employment Lawyer to assist on an ad hoc basis, with potential for permanent hire.

The firm comprises former City lawyers specializing in Employment law, handling around 10 settlement agreements weekly, and conducting employee due diligence for larger organizations. The scope of work varies based on the candidate's experience.

The ideal candidate should have experience in contentious and non-contentious employment matters, including drafting employment contracts, negotiating entry and exits for senior employees, settling agreements, advising on grievances and disciplinary processes, HR compliance, dismissal advice, employment tribunals, restrictive covenants, breach of confidence, and high court enforcement.

This role is fully remote within the UK and can be structured as an ad hoc hourly or daily rate engagement.
