A boutique law firm focusing on Employment law is looking to hire an interim Employment lawyer to assist on an ad hoc basis, with potential for a permanent position. The firm comprises former City lawyers and handles a steady pipeline of work, including around 10 settlement agreements weekly and broader projects such as employee due diligence for larger organizations.
The ideal candidate should have experience in contentious and non-contentious employment matters, including drafting employment contracts, negotiating entry and exits for senior employees, settling agreements, advising on grievance and disciplinary processes, HR compliance, dismissal advice, employment tribunals, and potentially restrictive covenants, breach of confidence, and high court enforcement.
