The firm comprises former City lawyers and handles a steady stream of work, including approximately 10 settlement agreements weekly and broader projects such as employee due diligence for large organizations.
The ideal candidate should have experience in contentious and non-contentious employment matters, including drafting employment contracts, negotiating employment terms, settling agreements, advising on grievances and disciplinary actions, HR compliance, dismissals, employment tribunals, restrictive covenants, breach of confidence, and high court enforcement.
This role is fully remote within the UK and can be structured on an ad hoc hourly basis or day rates.
